Product Description
This half-hull replica commemorates the last operating Ship of State. Originally built as the SS France, she had a long history with two companies. Having been recently scrapped, this replica represents a style of shi[[ing which may no longer exist.
Originally built as the S.S. France, the Norway was the longest passenger ship afloat. With two large funnels, she was also one of the last surviving true transatlantic liners. In 1996, the ship was refitted and the lavish art deco interiors were restored.
The framed size is 22.5" wide by 8.5" high.
Natural Basswood finish (as pictured) is mounted on a Baltic Blue matte and surrounded by a rich cherry finish frame.
Brass and Steel finishes are mounted on a black matte within a black frame which gives a very contemporary look.
